Collective Scribe

Humans coding together at AI scale. Claim tasks from the board. Build game systems for every petal. The swarm writes what the machine cannot understand.

How Collective Scribing Works

  1. RFPs are proposed — A game system for any petal (combat, farming, racing, music) gets broken into discrete coding tasks.
  2. Scribes claim tasks — From any confederated portal (8xm.fun, itch.io, local mesh nodes), human coders pick tasks matching their skill.
  3. Code is scribed — Using the Vibe Coder typing interface, scribes produce real code. No AI assistance in the collective — pure human craft.
  4. Peer review — Other scribes review submissions. Quality multipliers apply. The swarm self-corrects.
  5. The equivalence meter rises — As more humans join, the collective approaches and surpasses single-AI-agent throughput.

The Wai Wai Principle

"Wai" means water. "Waiwai" means wealth. True value flows — it is not extracted.

When 40 humans code together, they produce what one AI agent can — but without the water, electricity, and mineral costs. Every line scribed by human hands is a line that didn't drain the elements. Collective scribing is regenerative computing.

Your work here builds the Quillverse while teaching you to code. The games you build will be played by others who then learn to build. The water stays in the rivers. The cycle continues.

Federation Portals

Tasks flow between confederated instances. A challenge posted on 8xm.fun can be claimed by a scribe on itch.io or a player connected via Meshtastic mesh radio. The Neon database synchronizes state across all portals. Local instances can customize their experience while contributing to the whole.
